This badge recognizes an individual who shows up on time, communicates clearly, stays open to learning, and engages critically throughout the program. It is awarded to those who actively reflect on and share their learning, demonstrating a habit of being an everyday learner who sharply awakened and thoughtfully challenged. It is a reflective badge that cannot be quantified.
