The badge is awarded to partners who uphold and demonstrate the alliance’s ethical principles, contribute to collective mission goals, and engage consistently in the network’s internal communication and cooperation framework.
Meaning & Significance
Holders of the ZENITH Badge
1. Embrace a Common Ethical Foundation: They commit to integrity, transparency, respect, and responsible governance as defined in the alliance’s shared ethical framework.
2. Demonstrate Strategic Alignment: They contribute to the overarching mission, aims, and long-term vision of the alliance.
3. Sustain Active Interrelation: They confirmed willingness o participation in continuous knowledge exchange, mutual support actions, and coordinated initiatives across the partner network.
4. Strengthen the Internal Communication Grid: They engage in structured communication channels, ensuring the visibility, accountability, and continuity of their partnership role.
5. Maintain Excellence in Contribution: The badge denotes not only entry into the network, but ongoing excellence and regular reaffirmation of commitments.
Partner-Specific Customization
Each ZENITH Badge includes elements unique to the certified partner, such as:
* Organizational name or emblem
* Field of expertise or contribution
* Authenticated badge ID or validation period
* Embedded digital token or QR link to alliance profile
* Unique metadata defining their commitments and participation level
This ensures unity of design without losing individual identity.
Awarding Process
1. Invitation || The organizer invites public or private associations, institutions, or legal bodies to submit their interest.
2. Partner Proposal Submission || Applicants present their commitment to the alliance’s values, mission alignment, and their proposed contribution to internal support mechanisms.
3. Evaluation & Endorsement || Submissions are reviewed against the ZENITH criteria of ethical conduct, strategic alignment, and cooperation readiness.
4. Badge Publication || Upon approval, the ZENITH Badge is issued and published in the alliance’s internal platform, establishing the partner’s recognized role in the network.

ZENITH Badge – Simple Requirements & Evidence
1. Ethical Commitment
What we check:
– Your organization follows basic ethical principles: integrity, transparency, respect, responsible governance.
What you submit:
* A short statement of ethical commitment
* Any existing code of conduct or relevant policy
* A signed declaration agreeing to the alliance’s values
2. Mission Alignment
What we check:
– Your goals and activities match the alliance’s mission and vision.
What you submit:
* A short description of your mission
* 1–2 examples of projects or actions that show your alignment
3. Participation Readiness
What we check:
– You are willing to participate in the network and collaborate with other partners.
What you submit:
* A simple commitment form confirming your willingness to join activities
* Contact person(s) responsible for communication
* (Optional) Examples of past collaborations
4. Communication Engagement
What we check:
– You can join and use the alliance’s internal communication system.
What you submit:
* Confirmation that you can access the platform (profile login)
* A short “test message” or basic interaction inside the system
5. Contribution Plan
What we check:
– You plan to contribute meaningfully to the network.
What you submit:
* A short 3–5 point plan describing how you intend to contribute
(e.g. sharing knowledge, hosting activities, offering expertise)
