Badge earner has become familiar with the European Training Strategy (ETS) and the ETS competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
To get this badge, youth worker:
- Completed self-assessment in at least one ETS competence area.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: 1,5 hours

- Complete a self-assessment in at least one ETS competence area (click on this link to access the assessment model). Write, which competence area have you chosen to complete the self-assessment.
- Name 2-3 strengths in the chosen competence area.
- Name 2-3 areas for development in the chosen competence area.
Optional: share your self-assessment discoveries and struggles with peer youth workers in your organisation.
