Make a Private activity
An Activity can be any type of learning experience that is offered by Organisers. It can be an event, internship, volunteering, digital experience, project, open space, course or workshop.
There are activities that you join as a learner and activities that you offer as an Organiser. As an Organiser you can create activities visible to anyone or Private activity that is visible only to invited users. Contact us at [email protected] to activate the Private activity feature for your Organiser’s Account.
To make an activity Private:
- Send us an email at [email protected] to activate the Private activity feature on your Organiser’s account. We will notify you about enabling the Private activity future shortly.
- Go to the Activity or Playlist you want to make private.
- Click on the context menu (3 dots) (Open dashboard -> Activities / Playlists -> Context menu) and click Edit activity / Edit playlist.
- Scroll down to the section Activity permissions / Playlist permissions.
- Select Private.
- Save the changes by clicking Continue.
Tip: Invite your team members and participants to private activities and playlists. They will be able to view and access private activities and playlists after accepting an invitation. View the help article on how to invite people to activities and playlists.
