Brilliant Time Manager
This badge recognises a participant who demonstrated exceptional time-management skills during the training course “Value and Recognise Learning, Skills and Competencies” held in Trento, Italy (15–21 November 2025).
A Brilliant Time Manager is someone who can successfully balance learning, participation, networking, work, cultural exchange, travel, communication, and personal organisation — all within an intensive international programme.
By earning this badge, the participant showed the ability to:
• plan their day efficiently and stay organised
• attend all sessions on time
• participate actively in workshops and group tasks
• travel, explore, and still manage responsibilities
• communicate and build new connections
• initiate collaborations with peers and organisations
• represent their culture and share personal contributions
• maintain energy, presence, and motivation throughout the programme
This badge celebrates not perfection, but mastery: the ability to combine multiple tasks smoothly while staying reliable, proactive, and fully engaged in learning.

Tasks
Task no.1
Evidence verified by: auto-aprobare
To earn the Brilliant Time Manager badge, the participant should:
1. Participate fully in the training
• Attend all sessions
• Be present and active during workshops, discussions, and group tasks
2. Demonstrate effective daily planning
• Organise personal schedule (sessions, meals, free time, travel, social activities)
• Show the ability to keep commitments and manage responsibilities
3. Engage in networking and collaboration
• Connect meaningfully with participants from different countries
• Initiate or explore at least one collaboration or project idea
• Add new professional contacts or peers on social media
4. Represent their culture
• Share aspects of their background, organisation, or community
• Contribute to intercultural exchange during the programme
5. Combine learning with personal growth
• Reflect on how they managed their time
• Identify their strategies for balancing tasks, wellbeing, and learning
Task no.2
Evidence verified by: auto-aprobare
To prove the achievement, the participant should provide at least two types of evidence:
• A short written reflection (5–10 sentences) describing how they managed their time during the training
• A note describing one collaboration or connection they initiated
• A photo or short text showing how they represented their culture
• A short overview/calendar screenshot/ photo of their personal daily planning strategy
