Essential Skills & Competencies in Youth Work

Network Weaver

Badge informationEndorsements
This badge is for taking time to connect with people during the training — not just by exchanging information, but by really listening, sharing who you are, and showing what your organization stands for. It invites you to speak openly about your work, to present your organization clearly, explore opportunities for collaboration, and shape future project ideas.
By earning the Network Weaver badge, you show that you’re curious about others, willing to reach out, and ready to build relationships that can shape new ideas, new collaborations, and maybe even new friendships — both for yourself and for your organization.

  • Exchange ideas and explore where your interests overlap.

3. A brief description (3-4 sentences) of one collaboration idea that emerged from your conversations.
4. A short personal reflection (3-4 sentences) about what you discovered about networking and how you might use these relationships moving forward.
