A multiculturalism badge recognizes individuals who demonstrate strong intercultural awareness, inclusive communication, and the ability to work effectively and respectfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Evidence verified by: one activity organiser
To earn the Multiculturalism Badge, the earner must demonstrate the ability to work respectfully and effectively in multicultural environments. This includes completing a short training or workshop on intercultural communication, reflecting on personal cultural biases, and successfully handling at least one real or simulated scenario involving cross-cultural interaction.
