This badge is awarded to the participant who is taking active participation in 100% of the session. Thanks to this participation they are going to be able to to recognize and put into practice 2 essential skills & 2 essential competences necessary for successful implementation of quality youth work. Additionally they are aware of the ways of how to make a self-assessment and improve those skills and competences.
