This badge is awarded to participants who have actively explored, applied, and integrated practical methods presented during the training course Essential Skills & Competencies in Youth Work.
Learners gained hands-on experience with tools, techniques, and approaches that support competence development and recognition in youth work. Through practical workshops, experimentation, and collaboration, participants demonstrated their ability to transfer methods into real youth-work contexts.
By earning this badge, the participant has:
Engaged with a variety of practical non-formal learning methods.
Applied selected methods in individual or group activities.
Reflected on how these methods support learning, competence development, and recognition.
Demonstrated the ability to adapt and integrate at least one method into their own youth-work practice.
Shared insights, examples, or drafts of implementation with peers or trainers.
