I earned a digital badge in youth work by completing an online training focused on digital competences, especially how to support and empower young people in vulnerable communities. I submitted evidence of my real-life youth work and reflections from my work in Romanian communities, and after meeting the assessment criteria I was awarded the badge: a verified micro-credential of my skills and experience.
