I earned this badge by actively engaging with fellow participants during the opening sessions of the training course on innovative mindset development. I contributed to building a collaborative atmosphere by sharing about myself, listening to others, and finding common ground. Through open dialogue and playful interaction, I demonstrated interpersonal openness, curiosity, and a readiness to co-create learning.
