Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities
During the workshop that you attended, you took part in the Living Library simulation and learned about different volunteer roles. Let's do a brief overview of the four main volunteer roles:
- Librarians: Event hosts and guest coordinators.
- Volunteer Hosts: Timekeepers and coordinators for books.
- *Support Team: Conflict resolution and emotional support.
- *Volunteer Reporter: Collects feedback from books, volunteers, and visitors.
*Don't forget that these roles are not obligated, but rather appreciated!
