Learning to Practice
The badge earner got familiar with the intentional learning method to plan and pursue professional development after the training. By earning this badge, a person demonstrates the ability to plan learning applications and the intention to implement them in their youth work practice or other fields.
To get this badge, youth worker:
- familiarised with the intentional learning method;
- made a plan to implement learning to practice by setting three goals, for three months with the support of three people.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: 1 hour 30 mins.
