Active Listener
Badge earner demonstrated skills important for active listening in the context of facilitating learning of young people. To get this badge, youth worker:
- Reflected on a practice of being an active listener and shared a few important aspects when being in one to one relationships with another person in the context of facilitating learning.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: at least 1 hour.
