The owner of this badge managed to portray an in-depth curiosity in creating badges on the Cities of Learning platform and has provided knowledge and insight in how to further develop the medium for their own organisation.
The explorer is an inherently curious individual, always looking to learn more in the way of concept and technology, striving for more implementation and further development.
