Virtual Exchange Facilitator
I have co-facilitated my 1st Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange, implemented in the framework of the project Cities of Learning: Youth Co-design learning, civic and career pathways (CLYouth) and organised by the Cities and Regions of Learning Network and Associazione Interculturale Nur.
In this journey to create, organise and facilitate this Virtual Exchange, I have learned about:
- the preparation and communication steps that happen before a Virtual Exchange
- new methods and tools for facilitating non-formal learning online
- how to shift from in-presence to online activities without losing meaning
- working in a multicultural, international team and with an intercultural group of participants
- Cities and Regions of Learning, CLYouth and digital Open Badges for learning recognitionThe Virtual Exchange has taken place online on August 2nd 2022.
