European Resources Matchmaker
The badge earner got familiar with numerous international, primarily European, funding opportunities available for young people to participate in and for youth workers to access for youth work programmes. The person matched available European youth programmes with specific learner needs and profiles.
To earn the badge, the youth worker:
- Explored European programmes and resources for young people and youth work;
- Learned from other team/organisation members' knowledge and experience;
- Conducted online search and used AI tools to gather information and knowledge.
This activity supports the development of youth workers' competence in the "Managing Resources" area. The activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
