The badge is awarded to a VILNIUS TECH student who has contributed to the smooth integration of first-year students into the university community during the first-year camp, mentored a group of first-year students, and cared for the well-being of its members in the life of the university. Competencies acquired:

Time management
The badge is approved by VILNIUS TECH Student Representation.

Tasks

Task no.1

Evidence verified by: one activity organiser

To earn the badge, a student must complete at least two of the following activities: 
Be a leader of a freshers' camp thus contributing to the smooth integration of freshers into the university community;
Be a leader of the academic student group at least half a year;
Mentor a group of freshmen for at least 1 year.
To receive a badge, please also write what the active involvement in working with VILNIUS TECH freshmen has given you personally.
